Dominique was always interested in rallying, ever since working in the family grocers in Corsica. When he decided to become involved in the sport, he set his standards high and his first seat was in a Porsche 911 group 4 Tarmac car. Since then, he has co-driven for some of the great French drivers.
Amongst the impressive list of pilots is Patrick Bernardini, the former European Champion and Francois Chatriot, in a works Peugeot 306.
During his time, Dominique has amassed an impressive track record, having competed in the World Rally Championship in Corsica, Monte Carlo, Spain and Italy. And he has also celebrated much success, including winning the Rallye dAntibes with Bernardini, finishing the Tour de Corse sixth with Chatriot and an impressive fourth in Monte Carlo with Francois Delecour in 1999.
Dominique has been co-driving Delecours gravel car for over two years and has developed an excellent rapport with the driver and of course a superb understanding of his pace note system. Preparations are well underway for the 2002 Rally of Great Britain and Dominique is looking forward to competing on the final round of the season.
